Holistic bodywork and mobilization - more than just massage
In my practice, I offer a special form of massage and mobilization that goes beyond the usual understanding of physical treatment. My approach is holistic:
I treat the whole body and look for the deeper cause of discomfort and tension, which often lies in other areas of the body than the perceived pain.
My aim is to restore the body's natural balance, promote joint mobility and loosen and relax fascia and muscles. I also take into account the mental state of my clients in order to facilitate deep relaxation and a comprehensive feel-good experience.
A pure treatment lasts around 45 minutes, during which I devote myself intensively to the entire body. I take 60 minutes per client for this.
I work with my clients and specifically look for blocking or tension-inducing patterns - with the aim of returning the body to a healthy and balanced state.
