Full-body workout in TABATA STYLE
Let's get started together and redesign YOUR workout... We'll give your fitness level a boost and get your metabolism and circulation going. Your workout should challenge you, but not overwhelm you. You decide the intensity.

The full-body workout takes place once a week either online or outdoors. 60 minutes of training.

It is suitable for all ages (from 18 years), all genders, all fitness levels and also for those with physical limitations.

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training method named after the Japanese researcher Dr. Izumi Tabata. It is designed to increase fitness and burn fat. The workout consists of short, intense intervals of 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated over a period of 4 minutes. There are 8 intervals in total.
