Description
Kettlebell workout
Training with kettlebells is a three-dimensional full-body workout without guided machines. This efficient fitness method trains the whole body in terms of strength, endurance, speed and flexibility with little time, space and equipment. The one-hour training session takes place in small groups (max. 9 participants). A certified kettlebell coach leads the class.
To take part in the kettlebell courses, it is necessary to have completed the "Kettlebell Basics" seminar with us. This three-hour seminar takes place once a month and is 50% off for Hansefit members.
