You can also relax in our sauna with a rest area and outdoor terrace after your workout. Before training, each member receives an Inbody analysis (composition of the body in terms of muscle, water, fat) and a Velio test, where we can analyze your body in detail (strength, endurance, reaction, mobility, cognitive abilities) and compensate deficits and imbalances with an individual training.
