Description
In my classroom I offer Jumping Fitness, Jumping Fusion, Jumping Easy, as well as fitness classes such as Functional Fitness and Body Workout.
The courses take place with a maximum of 15 participants. Personal support for the individual participants is very important to me.
There is also a group for deaf people, as this lowers the threshold for other deaf people to join in. All course programs are offered here alternately.
