We are the market leader in EMS training (Electro Muscle Stimulation). We offer EMS training in the form of personal training. You always train with your own trained trainer in 1:1/ 1:2 supervision. Each training can be customized. Suitable for all ages and training levels. A non-binding trial training is a matter of course. It lasts about 90 minutes and costs a one-time fee of 19,90 €.
