The classes always have a motto and follow a flow - always with enough space for breathing exercises and silence.
In our open classes you will find mainly dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, occasionally Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Children's Yoga and Family Yoga and Senior Yoga.
We practice exclusively in small groups and ONLINE.
You can find us in Stuttgart North at Killesberg, in great premises: 60 square meters area, new building, panoramic window U.V.M..
Stress-free arrival thanks to good public transport connections and free parking is guaranteed.
