Our sports center in Weyhe-Dreye, with a total area of 5,000 square meters, has a fitness studio, a tennis hall with 4 courts, a badminton hall with 6 courts and two table tennis tables, as well as 3 squash courts.
The modern cardio equipment park with multimedia console turns your training session into an experience. In addition to virtual routes, you can also access content from your Spotify, YouTube or Facebook account, for example.
Another special feature is our health-oriented fle-xx circuit with back and flexibility exercises as a supplement to strength and endurance training. This exercises all relevant muscle groups and offers a holistic approach to back pain.
Free mineral drinks are of course available to you during training. After training or sport, you can relax in our sauna area or enjoy a snack in our restaurant.
