Our yoga and Pilates studio in Soest is a place for movement, relaxation and diversity. We are not focused on one particular style, but believe that Pilates and yoga should be accessible to ALL - regardless of age, body or experience. Everyone is welcome here because we believe that we are strong, even if we are different. With yoga and Pilates reformer classes, workshops and yoga teacher trainings, we create a space where everyone can feel comfortable and find their balance.
