Description
In this yoga class, we flow through a gentle vinyasa flow. We connect with our breath (pranayama), practice postures (asanas) that strengthen the body while quieting our mind and spirit. This class is perfect if you are craving a gentle yoga class to end the day.

Note: Participants must register at least 7 hours in advance. Participants must cancel their registration at least 24 hours before the start of the course, otherwise - in case of late cancellation or no-show - the participation fee is still due and must be paid privately by the Hansefit member including the cancellation fee! The course will take place with a minimum of 3 participants, otherwise the course will be canceled the day before by the course instructor.
