With targeted asanas and breathing exercises (pranayama), strength, flexibility, tension and relaxation are brought into balance and awareness of one's own body is promoted. As a trained physiotherapist, correct execution and the promotion of health are important to me. In all courses, the movements are adapted to your individual abilities, so that personal limits are expanded step by step without overtaxing you. The yoga practice brings your body and mind into a healthy balance, teaches you to have confidence in yourself and leads you to powerful self-development through self-knowledge.
Some yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided. If you have your own yoga mat, it is a good idea to bring it with you. If you have any physical impairments, please let me know before the class so that I can respond and support you accordingly.
