ABOUT ME:
My name is Bettina, as a former ballet student, I have been involved with the body and movement for most of my life. I have over 20 years of experience in the Pilates method and have completed further training in other fitness and health areas in recent years. I do not currently offer any courses, but only give individual training sessions.
QUALITY THROUGH TRAINING:
I am an internationally recognized trainer for Pilates mat and equipment - certified by "BASI® Pilates" and a member of the "German Pilates Association".
