LAUFMAMALAUF offers a comprehensive range of outdoor and indoor (in winter) classes for all moms (in the making), every fitness level and every stage of life: Fitness with baby, fitness for pregnant women, workouts for working mothers and NEW from spring 2025 Mental Birth Preparation.
Our aim is to provide women with holistic care and support them in improving their physical, mental and social well-being.
We train all year round outdoors in Mettnau Park.
From mid-October to the end of March, you also have the opportunity to train with us indoors at seemaxx.
Participation is currently only possible in person via the Hansefit CheckIn.
Also in the overall LAUFMAMALAUF offer: online postnatal courses and online nutrition courses.
