B FIRST is a family-run sports studio. The studio is located directly on the B56, which unites the cities of Siegburg, Lohmar, Troisdorf, Neunkirchen-Seelscheid and Much.
We offer a modern strength & endurance area, personal training, as well as a wide range of courses, as well as a flat rate for drinks. Our sauna area, including a sun terrace with a view of Cologne, invites you to relax after your workout. In order to be able to enjoy the sun in bad weather and especially in winter, we provide a Beauty Select sunbed.
