*FitwithDog Walk Fitness and Caniwalk*
For the fitness fans among the walkers. We walk a brisk 3-4 km round incl. 3 strength-endurance-fitness-stops to strengthen legs, buttocks, back, abdomen, chest and arms. Warmup at the beginning and cool down at the end of the hour complete the training session.

We are happy to meet by appointment for trial training around the communities of Trebur, Nauheim or Gross-Gerau.
- Mondays Caniwalk around the Trebur forest (meeting point at the Rathaus Apotheke)
- Sundays Caniwalk
- On weekends training by appointment
Running belt can be provided at the trial training.
