For all Hansefit members we offer strength and endurance training on modern equipment and under qualified supervision. Drinks (except protein and hot drinks), flexibility circles, courses and the sauna area are available free of charge without additional payment and allow you an extensive and varied health and prevention training. The outdoor course and strength area is also part of the range of services and can be used all year round. Regular body analyses and fitness tests for training and performance analysis can also be used by Hansefit customers free of charge. The Milon circuit and the Hydro-Jet are also available as exclusive services.
