CrossFit is a high intensity training method with elements of dead weight exercises, gymnastics, weight lifting and endurance sports. We train in small groups with a maximum of 10 people under the supervision of trained CrossFit coaches. The trainers explain and demonstrate the exercises, make sure they are performed correctly and motivate you to go beyond yourself. The intensive workouts are adapted by the trainer to your exact fitness level.
