The Rendsburger Fitness- und Kraftsport Club was founded back in 1984, making it one of the first fitness clubs in Rendsburg. The club has been a member of the German Bodybuilding and Fitness Association Schleswig-Holstein since December 2015.
Today, the club offers a wide range of training options and equipment on three levels. Whether young or old, beginner or advanced, fitness, weight training or endurance - there is something for everyone. If you are looking for training in a familiar "old school" atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you.
