Computer assisted equipment training
The 1st step: the analysis
Every training session begins with an initial analysis (medical history, mobility test, isometric strength measurement, cardiovascular test, therapy recommendation), which we use to determine your current resilience and constitution.
Finally, we create a training plan that is optimally tailored to you, for which we take into account your own goals and expectations and evaluate all previously obtained data with the help of a computer and analyze it together with you.
The 2nd step: Back training
Based on your individual training plan, you will then begin your training, exercising as often as you like for about one hour. We are happy to create different training plans for different areas you would like to train.
