At our therapy center, we offer Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga and TRX Yoga in our comfortable classroom. Our yoga teacher Dieter is extremely well trained both in the therapeutic sense and in the field of yoga through his numerous training and further education courses in sports rehabilitation, personal training, strength training, nutrition and as a 500h AYA certified yoga teacher to respond individually to your needs.
We provide you with yoga mats, yoga blocks, yoga cushions and blankets for the classes.
