Description
The YETIGOLD salt caves in Oberhausen and Düsseldorf offer relaxation and recreation in the healthy salt climate of our salt caves. Refreshing in summer at a maximum of 23 degrees, pleasant in winter at temperatures around 21 degrees, relaxation in a comfortable deckchair with dimmed light and soft relaxing music is pre-programmed.
Acute and chronic respiratory problems can be alleviated by the salty moistening of the respiratory tract when actively inhaling the intensive salt mist in our brine fogging.
In addition, you will find in our rooms a small shopping paradise and a selection of drinks for the break in between.
Our rooms are at ground level and completely free of steps and thresholds, including the spacious toilet facilities.
The Hansefit login is valid for one session of your choice (salt grotto or brine fogging).

Current Information
We recommend making a reservation for the grotto in the winter months so that you do not encounter a fully booked session; there may be a short waiting time for the brine without a reservation, but this should generally only be a few minutes. If you would like to visit the grotto with children under the age of 10, a reservation as a ‘Loud Grotto’ is mandatory.
