FIT and FUN - ENDURANCE TRAINING
The aim of the course is to strengthen health-oriented fitness, health-oriented endurance, functional strength and stability. The course further aims to minimize risk factors affecting the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system and metabolic syndrome. Weight management through exercise represents an important component in maintaining cardiovascular and musculoskeletal health.
In terms of content, the practical course focuses on variable endurance methods, functional strengthening, flexibility and coordination in the outdoor area, supported by theoretical principles about training theory, anatomically physiologically relevant topics, motivation and training control.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
