You are in the mood for outdoor sports and are still looking for a suitable workout in Nuremberg? Then you've come to the right place. We are a Nuremberg fitness community and love outdoor training. If you haven't joined us yet, you should start now!
The Nature Gym is a full body workout and includes elements of Functional and HIIT training. In NATURE GYM we train with small equipment such as battel ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, weight vests, rubber bands, slamballs and barbells. The equipment is used creatively and motivates you to go beyond your limits. Tired of just bodyweight workouts? You want new challenges? Then our NATURE GYM is just right for you!
You don't need your own equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment and we will try to incorporate it into the workout, e.g. jump rope, power bands, weight vests... Otherwise, all you need is the appropriate clothing and a towel. Lets get ready to rumble!!!
