Your yoga and Pilates studio in the List, close to Lister Platz, central and easy to reach. We offer courses for every level. There is always something special, such as a barre class (ballet workout) or a handstand class. Every Sunday at 10 am we have a special for you: e.g. "Yoga meets Pilates", "Less Stress", "Aroma Flow"...
