You can expect alternating gentle and strengthening yoga flows that invite you to take a conscious break from everyday life as well as relaxing yin yoga sessions.
In my classes, I place particular emphasis on mindfulness, breathing and the healthy execution of the asanas so that you can deepen your practice safely and with joy. My yoga style is undogmatic and without fuss, but with a focus on healthy alignment and individual adjustments.
The classes are ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga and anyone who wants to deepen their practice, is a little sporty and wants to experience relaxation at the same time. The focus is on the essential asanas (yoga poses) and breathing techniques that will help you build strength and flexibility. You will become more flexible, stronger and your posture will improve. And not to forget: Balance! This usually happens in passing - and the longer you practise yoga, the more you and those around you will notice.
