Description
We have been offering EMS training directly at Kröpcke since 2008.
In contrast to classic muscle training, EMS training targets almost all muscle groups simultaneously, evenly and in a way that is easy on the joints, and a training session lasts only 20 minutes, which are supervised and guided by trained trainers.
We work exclusively with appointments, these can be arranged under 0511/ 8973199.
