On 1500 m² you can steel your muscles, sweat together in our courses - and if you have any questions about your training, you will find direct contact persons on site. Our trainers are always ready to listen and will create individual training plans for you on request.
And the best thing at the end: A visit to our small Finnish sauna is also included.
