Description
We are a course studio. We currently offer handstand classes and "hang in there" workouts.
In our handstand courses, you will learn an aesthetic, controlled handstand step by step. We also focus on other aspects of training with your own body weight.
You have no previous experience and have a fair amount of respect for going upside down? No problem! We'll start from scratch and bring you closer to your ambitious goal in small steps.
If you want to take on a challenge and work on virtues such as discipline and stamina, our "Keep it up!" workouts are just the thing for you.
Are you not a competitive athlete and perhaps even a little out of shape at the moment? No problem! We just expect full commitment and adapt the difficulty to your fitness level.
