Description
All-round full-body strength workout, specifically designed for moms and pregnant women. The courses can be booked as health insurance courses/prevention courses. If you attend at least 80 percent of the course, your health insurance company will cover up to 100 percent of the costs. For these courses, there is a co-payment of €4 per hour (course duration: 10 units)
