All-round full-body strength workout, specifically designed for moms and pregnant women. The courses can be booked as health insurance courses/prevention courses. Your health insurance provider will cover up to 100 percent of the costs with a minimum participation of 80 percent. There is an additional charge of €4 per hour for these courses (course duration: 10 units).
