All-round full-body strength workout, specifically designed for moms and pregnant women.
The classes are charged via your Hansefit membership and there are no additional costs.
The courses can also be booked as health insurance courses/prevention courses. In this case, your health insurance company will contribute up to 100 percent of the costs if you attend at least 80 percent of the classes. If you opt for a health insurance course, there is a co-payment of €4 per hour (course duration: 10 units).
Please contact me in advance by email or WhatsApp/SMS (or both, as emails sometimes end up in spam) if you would like to come to the course. I will then send you further important information (meeting point etc.).
