Hello everyone,
I have to admit, I wasn't at all interested in Nordic walking - "they just carry the poles for a walk", I thought. But after trying it out once, I'm absolutely thrilled! It's an effective full-body workout in the fresh air that's easy on the joints, and it's absolutely uncomplicated. I particularly like the fact that it not only trains the legs, but also the back, especially the deep back muscles, the shoulder/neck area and the arms. There are few sports that are so efficient and at the same time easy on the joints.
In my courses, in addition to the correct Nordic walking technique, we often focus on various topics that we can integrate into the technique. These topics can be: Upright posture, breathing, neck relaxation, pelvic floor, abdominal tension, foot and ankle stability as well as building the arches of the feet, leg axis (knee and hip joint), back and of course your topics of choice. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
