Description
In the Vita Classica wellness center, you can train in the fitness room on a computer-assisted strength circuit. This consists of state-of-the-art equipment with a hydraulic resistance system from EGYM. The resistance settings and the optimum sitting position are set automatically. The training software specifies the training speed, range of motion, resistance and number of repetitions for optimum and effective equipment training.
Current Information

The training is an ideal preventive measure in case of too frequent sitting and standing. Back pain can be alleviated by stabilizing the spine. Under expert guidance, the back muscles are strengthened and the spine is trained.
Free training
Monday to Sunday 7:30 - 21:30 the fitness room is open for free training.
You have the possibility to purchase a points card or temporary card.
