We offer EMS training (electrical muscle stimulation) using the wireless and innovative EMS suits from eaglefit® in Ebringen (near Freiburg). The EMS training is combined and supplemented with sling training on the eaglefit® sling trainer, as well as the brand new muscle length training using the GymWood training wall.
A time-saving and effective full-body workout in just 20 minutes with individual support from a physiotherapist. The training takes place on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, tailored to individual wishes and goals.
The trial training is free of charge and lasts longer than the later training, so plan a good hour of time for this.
