Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system based on simple and intuitive techniques to respond effectively in dangerous situations. It was developed to defend against a variety of attacks, including unarmed and armed threats. Krav Maga emphasizes realism and adaptability and is suitable for people of all fitness levels
We place great emphasis on ensuring that all participants feel comfortable and safe with us, regardless of their age, gender or sexual orientation.
The training hall is centrally located at Sandradstr. 21 in 41061 Mönchengladbach.
A limited number of parking spaces are available.
The bus stops "MG Parkstraße" and "Stadtverwaltung" are in the immediate vicinity of our training hall.
