With us you can expect an intensive and challenging workout in small groups and under the guidance of experienced and motivated coaches. Once you've decided to experience CrossFit and our box firsthand, you can sign up for one of our free trial workouts. We will show you some basic CrossFit exercises and talk about the theory and methods of CrossFit. If you then decide to join us, we will meet for a personal interview and conduct an assessment with you to determine any physical limitations, so that we can adapt the training to you optimally at any time.
