Through functional efficient athletic training we manage to bring our clients step by step forward in the areas of athleticism, agility, resilience, strength, endurance and mobility in the shortest possible time.
At ENFORCE-Leipzig, the path to physical fitness doesn't involve sweaty weight benches, electronic weight machines, bulky leg presses, and anonymous 'pumping' where everyone is on their own. Training at ENFORCE-Leipzig means personal guidance from professionals.
In small training groups we can individually address your strengths and weaknesses - with every workout. Basically, this is like personal training, but in a group. This takes place in our SPOD. A workout that all participants do on this day. We can take into account individual characteristics and adapt the workout.

Experience in functional training is desirable. All participants of the Hansefitt have to book a start package of 99,-€ at the beginning. Here you will get 1 hour of personal training and will learn the most important basics you need on the barbell. So you have an optimal course experience and the fastest development. Likewise, errors in the execution of movements will be improved and any limitations will be identified. Your further training will be individually adapted to you.
The procedure: contact us via email that you would like to come to the trial training. You will be registered by us and receive your first training. Afterwards we will make an appointment with you for your start package. Afterwards you can start together with us.
