Description
Sport with a baby is always a great thing! Be there when LAUFMAMALAUF transforms the green space into a training area. We offer courses for (expectant) moms in Lauf a. d. Pegnitz, Hersbruck and the surrounding area. Start with us after giving birth and completing your postnatal period with the baby carriage course as outdoor training together with other moms or train with us during pregnancy with our "Ganz-Schön-Schwanger-Kurs".
When the children are older, mom goes back to work and for all those who want to train particularly intensively, we offer our "Mama-macht-mehr" outdoor fitness courses.

Wednesday: 9.30 - 10:30 a.m. Pram outdoor course in the Rosengarten Hersbruck
Monday: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Pram outdoor course in Lauf a. d. Peg.
Wednesday: 16:30 - 17:30 Ganz-schön-schwanger in Lauf a. d. Peg.
