Description
I encourage and challenge my customers to get the best out of them. Everyone at their own level.
I offer functional training and martial arts (Ju-Jutsu). Current courses are "Fitness Drums", "Back Fitness", "Fascia Training" and my special pride and joy is the course "Mobile and strong with Parkinson's". I am happy to offer self-defense in person training.
I offer fitness for young and old. Sport for older people, also for untrained people with and without restrictions, people returning to sport and people interested in sport.
Please note: The courses take place in different rooms. Fitness Drums is offered at VEreinsheim PSV Kiel, Kappelner Straße 20. Everything else at AbwehrKraft (Krav Maga) in Stormannstr. 41 .
