We are offering a running course for beginners from Monday, March 10, 18:00 - 19:00 at our location in the Günther-Klotz-Anlage.
No matter what your goal is, our running courses will not only provide you with a fixed framework for your regular training through training plans, but you can also expect a short introduction to running theory and a fitness test as well as strength and stabilization exercises, technique training and breathing exercises for the development of a healthy running style and, of course, tips or rules for running training that challenges your body but does not overload it. Because only through moderate and regular training can you benefit from the many positive effects of running and have fun doing it.
