Important information about the cash-back procedure:
Hansefit users book their day ticket online on the pool's website (see our website section). It is not possible to buy a ticket on site!
Please send the receipt with the following data to cashback@hansefit.de:
Member ID, first and last name, bank details/IBAN and name of employer.
Tickets are usually reimbursed once a month from the 20th day of the month.
Only single tickets will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
Please note that the receipt must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted too late can no longer be considered for reimbursement.
