Saturdays 8:00 to 9:00 am
The meeting point is the parking lot on Seestraße near the sports field in Jülich-Barmen.
Trainer Sandra Pannitz offers the "Fit in the forest" course every Saturday at 8.00 a.m. at the lake in the woods around Barmen.
Fit in the woods" is a full-body workout using your own body weight and whatever nature provides us with as an aid. This workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is aimed at anyone who enjoys exercising outdoors and wants to build up a basic level of fitness for everyday life.
The training can consist of the following elements, for example:
- Functional training
- Strength training with your own body
- Strength training with aids that the forest offers us
- fast walking
- power walking
- slow jogging
- Stretching and toning
It is advisable to bring sturdy shoes (walking shoes or running shoes) and a drink in your rucksack or fanny pack. Nobody will be overtaxed, but you should bri...
