The spacious and bright studio is the largest in Hof and has modern equipment from the world market leader Life Fitness, a functional fitness area with TRX, Power Plate vibration equipment and a cycling area. A separate free weights area enables effective training even for advanced users. Solariums and massage beds provide relaxation. Trainers are always on site and will be happy to help you.
