FITNESSLAND in Schöningen is located right in the center of town and offers a huge parking lot for you right outside the door. Each studio offers you over 30 fitness classes weekly, such as ZUMBA®, Cross-Circuit, HOT IRON™, Back Fitness, Yoga and Pilates. You can really work out and strengthen your muscles on our fitness equipment and in the functional training areas. We also support you in reaching your personal goal with our individual nutrition coaching and weight loss programs!
