Courses are currently running on Monday Gassifit for a cozy start to the week 9 to 10 am and Wednesday Caniwalk for a relaxed midweek 5 to 6 pm from the glass museum Bad Sachsa-Steina. The popular course with the Caniwalker (you are welcome to borrow one from me) starts on Thursdays at 2 to 3 p.m. at the tourist information office in Bad Sachsa in the direction of Schmelzteich or Ravensberg. The training with your dog lasts 1 hour. We start with a 5 to 10 minute warm-up, which we like to do while walking. I am happy to adapt the exercises to your individual fitness level.
