Description

Bouldering is usually referred to as climbing at jump height. This means that you don't need any safety equipment, harnesses or knowledge of how to secure a rope partner. All you really need are two hands, feet and a little desire to move. A fall mat installed under each climbing wall provides the necessary safety.

But bouldering is much more than "just" climbing at lower heights. Alongside running and swimming, it is a very natural form of exercise that we as humans were born with. It is a puzzle, a game with gravity. It is about strength and athleticism, but also about climbing technique, dexterity, balance and movement (and reflection!). It is an individual sport that everyone can experience for themselves, but all together. With bouldering, everyone can playfully reach their own individual limits and overcome them. That's what makes this best sport in the world so fascinating! It doesn't matter what skills and qualifications you have. Just give it a try!
