My premises in Flegessen, YAM Studio is located on the outskirts of the village, so all courses can be moved outside into nature.
The courses are held in a small group, no prerequisites are necessary, because here is very individual work.
My second room is located in Hehlen, practice by hand. Also here is the possibility to use the garden.

Workshop you pay a small surcharge. There are as workshop: Aerial Yoga, Forest Bathing, EFT Tapping Technique to try, RelaxDay or even ParentChild Yoga.
