Description
We train the whole body outside for 45 minutes. There are 3 levels, everyone will find a suitable level. We alternate between HIIT, pure body weight and strength training with equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, med balls). All you need to bring is a mat and water. We look forward to seeing you!
