Description

CrossFit is a functional whole-body workout. In the training we have elements of strength and endurance training with the barbell, your own body weight and small equipment, such as dumbbells or kettlebells.

You start with us via a fitness check.
In this fitness check we do:
1. 2. goal talk
3D body scan (in tight-fitting underwear)

We will send you a form after booking. Please fill it out before our appointment. Together with the two parts, this is all to determine your current state and how we can best help you to achieve your goals.

Current Information

You have the option to cancel your participation in a CrossFit training session free of charge up to 12 hours before the start. If you cancel your participation or do not show up within the 12-hour window, the studio will charge you a fee of 10 euros per late cancellation or no-show at the end of the month.
