This is not our studio, this is your and our studio! With a yoga studio at Kochelsee, the Munich-based Salon de Shakti is fulfilling a long-cherished dream. "Running a studio in the city is fun, but it is professionally scheduled. With another location at Lake Kochelsee, we are combining a desire to slow down, to be close to nature, to have more time for personal contact and, last but not least, mindfulness. What yoga is all about is togetherness, the awareness that we are connected to ourselves and the world around us. With a salon by the lake, we hope to do even more justice to the core of yoga.

In addition to regular yoga classes, we also offer workshops, retreats and training courses. The integration into the overall monastic ensemble also allows for events in the fields of art, culture and much more. The room can of course also be sublet. We are very open to new ideas.
